Kohli is close to being the best in three editions

He is one of the top-ranked ODI and T20 batsmen. This time around the top of the Test also got top position. Virat Kohli has emerged as the number one player in the ICC Test batsmen rankings.

Kohli has scored 243 runs and 50 runs in two innings in the Delhi Test against New Zealand. This performance has moved up three steps to two. Steven Smith as before
